We are a local brass band which meets for pleasure and enjoyment of music rather than competing in contests. We play brass instruments and have a long history of music making in Bedfordshire. To find out more about Toddington Town Band and its long and colourful history, please click on the "Our history" link which you will find under "About the Band" in the menu on the left.
We currently have over thirty-five active members and are growing all the time. The Senior band rehearses every Tuesday evening at 7.45pm at the Toddington Sports and Social Club on the High Street in the village, and we are always happy to welcome new members. If you can play or have played in the past and would like to spend an evening a week making music in a friendly atmosphere, why not pop along and see us.
We have a long history of developing players to improve their standard of brass band playing and our experienced players are happy to offer free tuition, together with the loan of an instrument where possible. Lessons and Learner Band take place every Tuesday from 7.00pm to 7:30pm.
Whatever brass or percussion instrument you play, you are welcome to come along. With frequent engagements at festivals and village fetes we are able to offer a lively environment for you to develop your musical talents and remember, we don't just play old hymns! With music ranging from Aces High to Zambesi, there's something for everyone!

Now available at our concerts and from the Post Office, Church Square, Toddington - or we'll be pleased to post one to you (additional £2.00 to cover postage and packing).
